Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Kai Lunar Collections. We’re passionate about creating a beautiful and considered experience for our online customers, and we kindly invite you to take a moment to read through our policies before placing your order.
Many of our pieces are thoughtfully handcrafted using traditional techniques and organic materials. This means that no two items are ever exactly the same and natural variations in texture, colour, size, and finish, as well as gentle imperfections, are part of each piece’s unique story and charm. These characteristics are not considered faults, and refunds may not be approved on this basis.
We want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase. While we offer flexibility, we kindly ask that you choose your pieces carefully. If you have any questions or would like further details before ordering, please don’t hesitate to reach out we’re always here to help.
Australian Returns
Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.
International Returns
Returns must be received within 21 days of delivery.

Conditions for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following requirements:

The item has not been worn, altered, or washed and remains in pristine condition suitable for resale.

The item has not been damaged while in the customer’s possession or during delivery.

Proof of purchase is provided.

Original labels and swing tags are attached.
Please note: ‘Damage’ may include marks from fake tan, makeup, or other products, as well as any lingering scents from cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder, or other substances.
Faults
If a product:

Has a genuine manufacturing fault

Does not meet the quality standard it was sold in

Does not match the description provided
We will offer a refund, store credit, or an exchange (subject to availability) to the value of the original purchase price.
Free returns for store credit
We offer free returns for all orders being returned from Australia and New Zealand if you are returning FULLY PRICED items for a STORE CREDIT ONLY. All orders placed using a discount code including a store credit or orders placed during a sale where the price has been discounted, do not qualify for a free return.
All returned must be processed within 14 days of receiving your order
When using your Store Credit, FREE SHIPPPING is not available unless you spend an additional $140 or over above the store credit value.
Returns for a Refund
- We only offer refunds on fully priced items
- Items purchased during a sale or promotion, only qualify for a store credit
- Return shipping fee is payable
- Store credits do not qualify for a refund
- The item has not been damaged while in the customer’s possession or during delivery.
- The item has not been worn, altered, or washed and remains in pristine condition suitable for resale.
The following conditions apply to returns:
Swimwear
- All tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place. If either of these have been removed, unfortunately we can not accept the items for return
- If the item shows signs of wear we can not accept the items for return
- If the item has been altered in anyway returns cannot be accepted
Clothing
- All tags must remain in place
- Items must not be worn or washed
- Items must not show signs of marks from fake tan, makeup, or other products, as well as any lingering scents from cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, or other substances.
Jewellery
- Due to hygiene and health and safety reasons, we do not accepts change of mind returns.
Beauty products
- Items must be in their original, undamaged, and sealed packaging
- Items that have been used or open do not qualify for a return
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for three (3) years from date of issue and are not redeemable for cash.
PLEASE NOTE We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned to us. We recommend you keep a copy of your couriers tracking number for your follow up.
All merchandise is carefully checked by our staff prior to being sent to ensure they are in immaculate condition/quality and we do not take responsibility for any damage that may occur to your item during the delivery.
All refunds must be credited to the original card or account used at the time of purchasing.
